Sandia Chang
Sommelier
California-born Sandia Chang’s career has spanned restaurants including New York’s Per Se and Noma in Copenhagen. In 2012, Chang launched Bubbledogs and the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Kitchen Table in London with her husband and Executive Chef, James Knappett. She is now one of the capital’s most exciting sommeliers, recognised for her extensive Champagne knowledge. She is also known for stints on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and C4’s Sunday Brunch. In 2020, Chang launched Bubbleshop by Sandia Chang, a one-stop online shop delivering sought-after bottles of grower Champagnes nationwide.
