Brett Graham

Brett Graham is the Australian Chef-Patron of three-Michelin-starred The Ledbury in London and is considered one of the most influential chefs in UK gastronomy. Born in New South Wales, he has worked for chefs including Liam Tomlin in Australia and Phil Howard in the UK. In 2005, aged just 25, he opened The Ledbury in Notting Hill, which won a Michelin star in 2006 and a second in 2010. It finally won a third in 2024, after a brief hiatus during the pandemic. He also owns the Hardwood Arms pub in Fulham and has his own deer park in Oxfordshire, which provides meat for The Ledbury and other restaurants. He has been a Grand Juror at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition.
