Tom Kerridge
TV chef, cookbook author, and feel-good food pundit, Tom Kerridge made history when his gastropub, The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, became the first to receive two Michelin stars. Kerridge has since opened a portfolio of places, including The Coach pub, also in Marlow, and Kerridge’s Bar & Grill in London. He has even launched a food festival: Pub in the Park. Kerridge's kitchen career kicked off in country houses and hotels across Gloucestershire before he moved to London to work with the likes of Philip Britton, Gary Rhodes and Steven Bull. Later he became the Head Chef of Adlard’s, a Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant in Norwich, before opening his Marlow gastropub in 2005.
