Danilo Cortellini

Danilo Cortellini is an Italian chef, consultant and content creator based in Abruzzo, central Italy. As a young chef, he worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in his home country, before moving to London. There he entered kitchens such as Restaurant Dolada in Mayfair, three-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, and Knightsbridge’s Michelin-starred Zafferano, before taking up the role of Head Chef at the Italian embassy, where he remained for 10 years. He has also appeared on various British TV series, including the BBC's MasterChef: The Professionals and on Saturday Kitchen. He created a series of recipes for Fine Dining Lovers, called The Secrets of Italian Food.
