Clare Smyth
Clare Smyth MBE is the chef behind three-Michelin-starred Core in London. Having grown up on a farm in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, she honed her skills working and staging alongside influential chefs including Heston Blumenthal, The Roux Brothers and Alain Ducasse. She was made Chef-Patron of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in 2012, helping it to maintain three Michelin stars throughout her tenure. She opened Core, her first solo restaurant in 2017. The restaurant, in the heart of Notting Hill, celebrates the finest British produce and craftsmen, elevating humble ingredients to three-star level.
