Ashley Palmer-Watts

Ashley Palmer-Watts is a British chef and co-founder of The Devonshire in Soho with Oisin Roger’s and Charlie Carroll – a modern reinterpretation of the British pub and chop house. Born in Dorset, Palmer-Watts spent 20 years with The Fat Duck Group, first as Head Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray, helping it win three Michelin stars, and then at Dinner by Heston, which he opened first in London and then Melbourne. After leaving The Fat Duck Group, Palmer-Watts co-founded Artisan Coffee Co., bringing his refined palate to the world of specialty coffee, sustainable spirits brand, Forgotten, and most recently, The Devonshire, which has received widespread acclaim.
