Mauro Colagreco

Mauro Colagreco is an Argentine chef cooking in France, as the chef-patron of three-Michelin-star Mirazur in Menton, a one-time World’s Best Restaurant with B Corp status. He is renowned for his sustainable approach to fine dining, both at Mirazur, where much of the produce is sourced from the restaurant’s own farm nearby, and at his many restaurants globally, from Asia to the US. In 2022, he was the first chef named a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity.
