She is especially interested in the move towards more regenerative food production and climate-conscious cooking and champions the most creative and quirky chefs, especially female chefs, and those from more diverse backgrounds on the ever-evolving UK and European gastronomic scene. Sudi’s favourite eating cities include Paris, Copenhagen and Girona. She is the author of How to Be a Better Foodie and Flipping Good: Pancakes Around the World.
