Hélène Darroze at The Connaught

Hélène Darroze is the Chef-Patron of six restaurants across three countries, including three-Michelin-star Hélène Darroze at The Connaught in London. Born in Mont de Marsan, France, she initially started in administration at Alain Ducasse’s Le Louis XV in Monaco, before moving into the restaurant’s kitchen, making her the fourth generation of her family to don chef whites. 25 years ago, she opened her first solo restaurant in Paris, at the same location two-Michelin-star Marsan par Hélène Darroze now resides and never looked back. Her philosophy is: “To cook is to live and to live is to cook.” She has also been a Grand Juror at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition.
