Mathilde Bourge is the Senior Editor for Fine Dining Lovers in France. After studying foreign languages in the UK and Spain, she returned to France to get her master’s degree in journalism. Passionate about gastronomy, she also got a professional qualification in cuisine in Paris. Since then, she has worked for many French magazines like Vital Food and My Cuisine and has done recipe videos for Marmiton. In 2017, she published her first cookbook, Gastronogeek: 37 Recettes de Séries Cultes with Hachette Editions.
