Monica Haldar

Chef and writer Monica Haldar trained in the US and the UK, working in diverse establishments from fast food to fine dining, before founding The Spice Club, a cookery school and pop-up restaurant in Manchester and Birmingham, England to showcase authentic Indian cookery. When The Spice Club closed during the pandemic, she launched Shikskak, an online Indian cookery school. She has also fronted cooking shows on Fine Dining Lovers (The Secrets of Indian Cooking) and Prime Video, launched a product range and has a dedicated global following.
