A Fine Collab in London: foodies come together for one delicious night

Aikens warned that things were likely to get “messy” when eating the sandwich, which he said was constructed using only the finest ingredients, with the attention to detail and love for produce that has become a signature at Muse. 

This didn’t seem to bother the lively crowd, who went back for seconds and even thirds. “The best sandwich I’ve ever eaten,” enthused one reveller. 

Earlier in the month, A Fine Collab had kicked off in Paris, with chef Beatriz Gonzalez collaborating with Will’s Deli on a delectable pastrami sandwich, cooked Mexican birria-style.

If you would like to try the unique collaboration between Tom Aikens and Forno, you have until 23 December to visit Forno, where you can purchase the sandwich with a special discount.
