Tom Aikens is one of the UK’s most acclaimed chefs. Aged just 26, he helped London’s Pied-à-Terre win two Michelin stars, before moving on to open his own eponymous restaurant, and most recently, Michelin-starred Muse in Belgravia. His culinary reach extends beyond the UK, with restaurants in Tokyo and Jakarta.
