Lancashire born and bred, Mark Birchall is the Chef-Patron of Moor Hall, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant with rooms in Aughton, as well as adjacent The Barn. Seeking to cook the Northwest, Birchall draws on the restaurant's five-acre kitchen garden and local farms, and the UK’s best seafood from further afield.

FUN FACT: Birchall is a massive Liverpool FC fan.
