Nieves Barragán Mohacho
Nieves Barragán Mohacho has been at the forefront of London’s Spanish food revival, first with restaurateurs the Hart brothers at Fino and then Barrafina, and now at her own restaurant, Michelin-starred Sabor, in London’s West End. 2025 will also see the opening of a new restaurant, Legado. Barragán Mohacho was raised in Bilbao, Spain and spent most of her childhood shadowing her mother in the kitchen at home. A passionate home cook, her mother played a huge part in her understanding of food and produce.
