Stuart Ralston
Stuart Ralston opened his debut restaurant Aizle, in Edinburgh, in 2014. He now has a small empire in the city, with Noto, Tipo and most recently Lyla, a multi-course seafood focused fine-dining restaurant with a Michelin star. Born in Glenrothes, Scotland, Ralston moved to NYC in his early 20s where he worked alongside Gordon Ramsay (and roomed with celebrated foodie Bob Noto, whom he would name a restaurant after), later becoming Chef de Cuisine at the world famous Sandy Lane Resort in Barbados, before returning to the UK.
