Stuart Ralston

Chef Stuart Ralston's Edinburgh restaurant empire includes Noto, Tipo and seafood-focused fine-dining restaurant, Lyla, which holds a Michelin star. Born in Glenrothes, Scotland, Ralston moved to NYC in his early 20s, where he worked alongside Gordon Ramsay (and roomed with celebrated foodie Bob Noto, whom he would name a restaurant after).

FUN FACT: Ralston is ultra-competitive, even over scrambled eggs at home.
